The Hard Top Lobsterboat Version of the Southport 30 has a foam cored fiberglass top and enclosed port side.  Usually the starboard side is left open as is traditional, but this is up to the tastes of the owner.  Custom Sunbrella (canvas) curtains create a dry and secure wheelhouse, truly functional as a three season platform.  The Cabin may include an efficient and functional galley, a “V” berth, and a full head with shower. 

A custom specification is developed for each owner from a long list of possible accessories.  Some common features:  Anchor Windlass, Bow Thruster,  Full Electronics Suite, Various Seating Options, Galley Accessories, etc.

All Southport 30’s have spacious cockpits, great for entertaining, relaxing or fishing.
